We needed to replace three windows in our food pantry which were old and unusable due to age and neglect. Window world worked within our budget to replace the windows in the pantry in a timely manner. The workmen were friendly and efficient and did an amazing job. They cleaned up after themselves and we are so happy with our new windows.

Eighteen years ago, we replaced 22 windows, and they’ve been easy to clean with only a few minor issues over the years. We had some problems with the trivet and occasional cloudiness between the glass panes. When we reached out to window world in Greenville NC ,talked to Angeles, they responded promptly, sending someone to assess the issue right away and ordering replacement glass no questions asked. Their excellent service and commitment to quality made the process seamless.
