Great job with the new windows at a very reasonable price. I had some insanely high quotes from competitors and am glad I used Window World in the end.

Window World did a great job over all. The quoting process was simple and straightforward. Their prices are much better than Replacement by Anderson. The guarantee is amazing. And the installation crew did a great job of: removing, installing, cleaning up, and reviewing how the windows operate. I wish I needed more windows replaced.

Window World of Eastern Carolina was excellent in all aspects from the sales presentation with a window sample to the scheduling of installation. The installation crew was prompt, explained the process, installed 7 windows in less than one day, and cleaned up inside and outside very thoroughly. I would highly recommend the product and this company for new or replacement windows.

On time, ready to go, no silliness, professional and done way before I thought they would be. Didn’t even take a lunch break.

Our experience was a fast and easy process. This is our second install. The first time was 15 windows and one door. This time was three triples in our sunroom. There was some damage to our screens, but those were replaced quickly. The same salesman and installers worked on our house as last time, which was a little more than 4 years ago. I was impressed with that, as well as the responsiveness of customer service.
