From the salesperson Gary, to the double check measurement taker and installation crew, we are Very Pleased with the worrk and Products.
We replaced 5 windows that were the only ones that were still the old original wood with aluminum storm windows & 1 new Custom size stormdoor.
It's so much Brighter in our living room now.
Our Only complaint would be that the installers did not call when they were on their way, as we were told they would. They actually were here a few minutes earlier than the first 'window for arrival'. Cleaned up Everything, inside & out. A Phenomenal job, Well Done 👏 ✔️ 👍 😃😄

Everyone at this Window World was very nice. Communication about a couple details was a little off, but nothing that wasn't quickly explained away. I got my front windows replaced, and will go with them for the remainder when funds are built back up.

The window world crew arrived on the day and time agreed upon. The crew quickly went to work All were pleasant and showed pride and confidence in the job they were doing. The crew worked like a well oiled machine. We were amazed how smooth the job went. We had 21 windows installed and they were meticulous on keeping everything neat and clean. I would recommend window world to the highest degree. Our windows make our home look new again

I was very pleased with the quality, professionalism and installation of my new windows. Price was fair. Everything explained. Several payment options and the installers were friendly, thorough and efficient. Cleaned up like it never happened. New windows are beautiful, easy to open, easy to clean both sides, and screens are almost invisible. Would highly recommend.
